When you interact with an Element Pb lead magnet, we may collect the following information:

How We Use Information

  • --Deliver personalized results, recommendations, or scores from the lead magnet
  • --Pass lead data to the business that deployed the lead magnet (the tool owner)
  • --Generate analytics to help tool owners understand engagement and conversion
  • --Improve the performance and accuracy of our frameworks

Data Processing on Behalf of Clients

Element Pb processes lead data on behalf of the businesses that purchase and deploy our frameworks. In this relationship:

  • --The business that deployed the lead magnet is the data controller -- they determine the purpose and means of processing
  • --Element Pb is the data processor -- we process data only as directed by the tool owner

The tool owner's privacy policy governs how they use your information after it is delivered to them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any business whose lead magnet you are interacting with.

Third-Party Services

Element Pb uses the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • --Supabase -- database and authentication infrastructure
  • --Vercel -- application hosting and edge delivery
  • --Stripe -- payment processing (when applicable)
  • --Email delivery provider -- transactional and notification emails

Cookies and Tracking

Element Pb may inject tracking pixels or analytics tags as directed by the tool owner. These may include Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or other third-party tracking scripts configured by the business that deployed the lead magnet. These scripts are loaded only under the direction of the tool owner and are subject to their privacy obligations.

Data Retention

Lead data collected through Element Pb frameworks is stored until the tool owner requests deletion or cancels their account. Tool owners may request deletion of all data associated with their account by contacting us at hello@elementpb.co.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • --Request access to the data we hold about you
  • --Request correction of inaccurate information
  • --Request deletion of your personal data
